The ThumbSignal service is provided by Ioannis Kosmas, c/o COCENTER, Koppoldstr. 1, 86551 Aichach, Germany. Contract, billing, and legal enquiries can be sent to support@madebyblankmargin.com.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, purchase credits, or use ThumbSignal for business purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe someone accessed your account without permission, contact support promptly.

ThumbSignal uses credits. New Draft, Balanced, and Premium generations currently cost 1, 2, and 4 credits respectively. Packaging Score costs 1 credit per thumbnail, including every image in a comparison.

Subscription credits are granted for the active billing period and reset at the next billing cycle. Top-up credits are add-ons for active subscribers, separate from monthly subscription credits, and can be used while the account has an active paid subscription in good standing, unless the account is closed for abuse, fraud, chargeback, or policy violations.

Displayed prices exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Stripe calculates and charges applicable taxes separately at checkout based on the billing information and tax configuration available for the transaction.

One full-resolution watermarked Balanced thumbnail with one reference image may be offered to new users. Paid plans provide watermark-free outputs when available. ThumbSignal may change or withdraw promotional offers when needed to prevent abuse or reflect product changes.

You remain responsible for the prompts, titles, descriptions, thumbnail text, reference images, screenshots, products, faces, logos, brand assets, and other material you upload or submit.

By submitting content to ThumbSignal, you give ThumbSignal and its service providers permission to host, store, transmit, process, transform, and display that content as needed to provide generation, manual scoring, comparison, download, Library, billing, safety, and support features.

Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to use it, especially for faces, copyrighted works, trademarks, screenshots, private materials, and brand assets.

Subject to these terms, your plan limits, and the rules of the AI provider, ThumbSignal is intended to let you use generated thumbnail outputs for your own creator, business, and commercial projects.

ThumbSignal does not guarantee that any output is unique, copyrightable, trademark-safe, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular platform. You must review every output before publishing or using it commercially.

You may not use ThumbSignal to create, request, upload, or distribute illegal, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent, privacy-invasive, rights-infringing, or platform-abusive content.

You may not attack the service, scrape private data, bypass rate limits or credits, resell access without permission, reverse engineer non-public systems, interfere with other users, or use stolen payment methods.

AI-generated thumbnails can include artifacts, inaccurate details, strange anatomy, misspelled words, misleading visual suggestions, or visual similarities to existing works.

Outputs are generated from probabilistic systems and may not be exclusive to you. You are responsible for checking legal, platform, advertising, and brand requirements before publication.

Packaging Score is an optional AI-assisted review that costs 1 credit per thumbnail. It covers fundamentals such as mobile readability, focal hierarchy, contrast, hook clarity, text economy, emotional signal, and trust risk. It is not a CTR prediction, performance guarantee, advertising claim, or professional legal review.

ThumbSignal may change features, providers, models, pricing, credit packages, limits, supported image ratios, storage behavior, or output quality settings as the product evolves.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law or payment processor rules, respond to chargebacks, or enforce these terms.

ThumbSignal is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific click-through rates, channel growth, revenue, platform approval, or legal clearance of outputs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThumbSignal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or platform actions arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your location.

If a legal requirement in your location gives you additional rights, these terms are intended to apply only to the extent permitted by that law.
